Rock Block

You’re probably wondering why I’m writing about a rock…

Well, this isn’t an ordinary rock, it’s actually a rock that blocks redness and stinging caused by shaving.  This ‘rock’ is marketed to men, but I can see it working on women as well (hello bikini-line).  Brought to you by the Sephora MEN line, this rock helps to calm irritated and nicked skin by the natural antiseptic properties of Alum, which is a natural mineral crystal.

To use the Alum Block, wet the stone and apply to your face after shaving with a mechanical razor or before shaving with an electric razor.  You can’t get much manlier than applying a rock to your face after shaving.

My lust for beauty products has been around since I was a kid. I always wanted the most eye catching packaging and the sweetest scents. As a preteen I could not wait to get my first pimple so that I could try out the different acne products that were marketed to me in magazines and on TV.
