Love Butter
I’m big on my hands being ultra-soft. I hate the feeling of dry, rough hands so I do everything in my power to keep them soft and supple. Along with that, I like my elbows, lips, knees and feet to feel moisturized and I now have one product that keeps me well moisturized and smelling good…minus any grease.
My secret weapon is Carol’s Daughter Body Butter in Love, a perfect name and a perfect product. I’ve actually been dying to try something from the CD line, but have never gotten around to it. Sephora has carried the line on their website for awhile now, but have just recently launched the brand in their stores. There were so many products to choose from but I was taken with the body butters.
I have to say that the consistency of the product is more like a salve than a butter, but nonetheless it keeps me moisturized for long periods of time and there is no grease at all. The Love scent is amazing and it smells like sweet cinnamon. The butter itself has a real cinnamon stick right in it. I love how the fragrance is noticeable, but not overpowering and I think it’s going to be such a sweet and cozy scent for the colder months ahead.
The product can be used all over the body, as well as the lips, but I really like to keep it in my purse so it’s handy when my lips and hands get dry. I’m more of a body lotion girl when it comes to moisturizing my whole body. Another nice thing about the body butters is that they are huge (4 oz)! I can’t imagine running out of the stuff anytime soon.
And if you’re not much of a cinnamon girl, don’t fret because the body butters come in eight different fragrances: Ocean, Ecstasy, Almond Cookie, Mango Melange, Jamaican Punch, Love, Groove and SweetHoneyDip…ChocolateBrownSugah (yep that’s the actual name with the…and all).

Ohh these sound good! I will have to swing in to Sephora to sniff test and grease test. You know how paranoid I am about greasy lotion!
The cinnamon sounds perfect for fall. Yum!
